A small clinic team you get to know by name. Whatever hour you walk in, there is always a doctor and a nurse on duty, ready to see you.
A graduate of Monash University with close to 13 years in medicine, Dr. Nicholas believes good healthcare starts with making patients feel heard, understood and at ease.
Patients know him for his calm manner and his willingness to take his time. He listens carefully, pays attention to the small details, and never makes a consultation feel rushed. More than giving you a diagnosis, he makes a point of explaining what is happening, why it is happening and what comes next, going through the treatment options and answering questions along the way.
For Dr. Nicholas, treating the illness is only part of the job. Making sure you leave feeling cared for as a person, and not just as a case, matters just as much.
Our nurses and clinic staff.
Two staff nurses, two medical assistants, an assistant pharmacist and a clinical assistant. They handle your dressings, injections and blood tests, prepare your medicine at the pharmacy counter, and are on duty at 3am the same as they are at 3pm.
