From a baby's first jabs to a flu shot before you travel, our doctor checks what you need, gives it here, and records it for you.
Hepatitis B
Engerix-B. Protects the liver against hepatitis B. Often asked for by employers, and by nursing and healthcare students.
Flu shot
Influvac Tetra. A yearly shot that lowers your chance of a bad flu. Advised for older adults, pregnant women, and people with diabetes, asthma or heart disease.
Typhoid
Typhim Vi. Required for food handlers in Malaysia, and advised before travel to places where typhoid is common.
Meningococcal (Haji and Umrah)
Menquadfi, the meningococcal vaccine required for Haji and Umrah. One dose protects for 5 years, longer than brands that last 3. Your health forms are completed at the clinic.
Pneumococcal
Pneumovax 23. Protects against pneumonia and other pneumococcal infections. Advised from age 65, and for people with long-term illness.
Tetanus booster
After a cut or a dirty wound, or as a booster every 10 years.
6-in-1 vaccine
Hexaxim. Diphtheria, tetanus, whooping cough, polio, hepatitis B and Hib in one jab.
MMR
Priorix. Measles, mumps and rubella in one jab.

Your child's vaccine schedule
Bring your child's health book (buku rekod kesihatan) to every visit. We check what is due, give the jab, and write in the next date.

- Tell us about any fever, or a reaction after the last jab
- Stay 15 to 30 minutes after the jab so we can watch for reactions
- We write in the date of the next dose

Questions people ask
How much is the hepatitis B vaccine?
RM50 a dose (Engerix-B). Most adults need 3 doses over 6 months. Prices do not include the doctor's consultation.
How much is the typhoid vaccine?
RM120 for one dose of Typhim Vi, which protects for about 3 years. Food handlers in Malaysia need it for work.
Do I need an appointment for a vaccine?
No, walk in any time. Some vaccines are ordered in, so WhatsApp us first to check we have it.
Can I get a vaccine if I have a cold?
A mild cold is usually fine. If you have a fever, the doctor may ask you to come back when you are well.
Do you give a vaccination certificate?
Your vaccination is updated in your MySejahtera app after the jab. We also write it in your vaccine card or your child's health book.
Can pregnant women get the flu vaccine?
The flu vaccine is advised in pregnancy. The doctor will check with you first.
